Initial Service Fee :

Initial service fee applies to all new clients based on accumulation level and is determined when we meet you & your pet for the first time. However, if you maintain your property on a regular basis and your property has minimal accumulation, then the initial service fee may be waived.

Special Events :

Having a party or special event and only want a one time service, Yard Dooty will come out for a service fee of only $30 plus $1 per minute for the time it takes to clean your yard i.e. 20 minute clean up time = $20 plus service fee of $30 you pay $50.00 for your clean up.

Additional fees for :

Front yard, oversized yards, alternative service days cleaning rocks and rocky terrain and difficult landscaped areas.

How do I pay for service ?

Service is paid in advance. Clients are invoiced on the 15th of every month and payments due by the 1st of the next month

We accept Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Cards OR you may pay online through secure PAYPAL service. For your convenience auto recurring debit is available for your debit or credit cards.

We also accept personal checks & money orders made payable to Yard Dooty. Payments must be postmarked by the 5th of every month to avoid interrupted service.

A $10 late fee will be assessed on the 6th day following your due date. A $20 fee is assessed on all returned checks and service will be suspended. For all accounts aged over 90 days a $50 fee will be assessed and submitted to a collection service.
